When a step has the option to ask the user to take a photo enabled, then when that step is completed, an option will appear asking the user to take a photo. In this example, the sample record will have a photo attached to it.

Selecting yes, will then show the camera, allowing for a user to take a photo. Once the photo is taken, a description can be added to the photo to explain further

When the data is next sync'd up to the cloud, the photo and the description will be present in Professional.
