If OpenGround data collector app crashes or gives errors, you can get the error logs and send these error log files to support.

First of all you need to go to:

My Files > Select the 3 dots for Settings > Scroll down and tick the option for "Show Hidden Files".  

This allows to find the log files. By doing this you should now be able to easily access any files that you had previously set as hidden on your device.

Then Browse to:

My Files > Internal Storage  > Android > Data > com.Bentley.OpenGround.cloud.dataCollector > Files > Logs. 

Send the log files from this location.

On some devices, you may not be able to view the required folder. It may be required to connect the tablet to a computer, and allow the computer to view the files on the device where you can then browse through and view the required files.
