Quick View is a graphical display of your collected field data, this interface can be accessed at any point in your data collection workflow to allow for quickly identify conflicting data or gaps in your dataset. You'll also be able to edit existing data or create new data through this view. 

Features include:

• Ability to function without Internet access 
• Graphically review data in "field log" format
• Create/Edit/Query data directly through the quick view

Accessing Quick View

Once you’ve selected a Borehole, you can access the quick view the bottom task bar

Interacting with the Quick View

1. Navigation
   • "Pinch" your screen to scale up/down the data view
2. Creating new data
   • "Double tap" on empty space within a column to add new data
3. Editing existing data
   • "Double tap on the data field you’d like to edit
4. Viewing data in Grid/Table view
   • "Double tap" the heading for the table you’d like to view

 

QUICKLOG

A Quicklog of your data can be generated from collector either from the location menu or via the bottom menu bar whilst collecting data for a location. These logs are designed in the Template studio module and then assigned to your collector profile.

Note*

• Generated Quicklog is a lower resolution log for the purposes of quickly reviewing your data, a full quality log can be generated within OpenGround Professional once data has been synced.   
• Generating a quick log require access to a network.  
• Data on the device that has not been synced will not preview on the log. 
• One Quicklog template can be assigned each Collector profiles
