OpenCities Map is supported for installation on certain virtual environments. 

For details, please check your OpenCities Map Readme for the page titled Installation Requirements, and therein the section: Virtualized Environments.

As with current MicroStation releases, your version-specific readme will be accessible from the product's Help Contents.
