Problem

The Export STM to TM and Extract TM Element Tools command creates an unnamed TM, ie a TM without a name. This is an issue since many commands relatives to TM do require a TM Name to work properly.

Solution

Export STM to TM and Extract TM Element Tools Descartes tools that create TMs do not name them.

The workaround is to click on the TM and click on the "i" Element Information button and name the TM in the Element Info dialog in the General tab section.
