Receive error when attaching WMS raster image from WMS server. The XWMS file is created, but WMS raster image will not attach. When doing the attachment receives error: “The value of the following parameter is invalid: BBOX - 8041.”
The computer language settings: decimal symbol delimiter default is set to "comma". Bentley software requires that the computer language settings: decimal symbol delimiter default be set to “point".
If the West and East limit of the BBOX are set to the same coordinate system user will receive error “The value of the following parameter is invalid: BBOX invalid – [8041]” message when they do Raster Manager > File > Attach > WMS.
Possible solution is to open WMS file in the WMS Map Editor, call an event that triggers the recalculation of the BBOX (e.g. change “Range Method” to “Manual” and back to “Use range limits”) then the BBOX is correctly recalculated.
