To apply viewcafe license files.

 Background

A new set of viewcafe license files may be needed to replace expired ones or to add functionalities. 

Steps to Accomplish

1. stop all four Viewcafe services
2. go to c:\program files\eb\shared\webviewer\license
3. delete all old/existing license files in this folder 
4. (if you need to backup the existing files, store them in another folder)
5. copy the new license files into this folder
6. restart all four Viewcafe services
