Problem:
How to install OPIM without internet access?
Solution:
At some point a person would need to connect via internet to Bentley Software Fulfillment Center to download the software. After the person downloaded the software, that same person could
a.start the install OPIM
b. click the "Advanced" option
c. select to create a deployment set.
d. Disconnect from the internet and now put together the whole bundle for deployment to other computers without internet.
Other potential option would be to check if any other pre-req installs have these items (MS pre req) and install them as needed. After the computer has been updated with all of the pre-req, now run OPIM install.
Another option would be to download and install Prerequisite pack
