Problem Description :

 Creating a new person in eB Director, if person name does not appears in the list  of Users in System Admin

 

Solution :

After creating a person you need to fill in the “User Account Information” of that person which is created.

As you fill the “User account information” save it and refresh it will immediately be seen in that list of users.
