When configuring Managed Workspaces and using the shipped documentation - please note the following corrections:

In regards to naming the document folder that will contain the workspace files and folders - in the document this is Step 2 on page 4. Where it names the folder "OpenPlant Workspace", DO NOT LEAVE spaces in the name. This should be "OpenPlantWorkspace". If spaces are left in the name then the schema's will not be copied out to the local machine on drawing checkout and open.

Second after the process is complete - Browse the ProjectWise Managed workspace and the USER node - Double click on the User  CSB (Configuration Settings Block) and edit the "(_USTN_PROJECTNAME)" variable and set this to the correct name of the workspace project you have defined and imported. By default this will be set to the default OPPowerPID_Imperial workspace and may not be the same as your custom name.
