Problem Description

eB Capture fails to release a batch of documents and generates the following error:

Network access for Distributed Transaction Manager (MSDTC) has been disabled. Please enable DTC for network access in the security configuration for MSDTC using the Component Services Administrative tool. [eB API ChgDocCopies/chg_doc_copy_file] There is no Repository in the relevant Repository Group that is 'Online', 'Write Enabled' and 'Served by a Storage Module'

Reason

The class of the documents being released is enabled for FTR but the community does not have the FTR service enabled.

Steps to Resolve

1. Open eBSMC and click the FTR node
2. Check the box next to community being used
3. Enter the eB ADMIN user's login credentials
4. If prompted, restart the eB FTR sub service
5. Exit eB SMC
6. In Kofax's QA module, make the error batch ready for release again
7. In Kofax's Batch Manager, process the batch through the release module
