Problem

The error below shows :

1) In eB Rendition queue when trying to render a drawing to a PDF file

2) In eB FTR queue when adding a drawing file to a class enabled for FTR

    The error body is:

Solution

The BentleyView version 8.11.09.303 installed with the Projectwise Interplot Server components is not the latest version of BentleyView. This causes later drawing versions not to be processed because they fail to load in BentleyView.

To fix this problem, go to SELECTServices and download the latest version of BentleyView 8.11.09.459 , and install it in the same server that runs Projectwise Interplot Server.
