Problem Description

This issue appeared on Windows XP x32 bit PC with AutoPlant 2004 after installing AutoCAD 2012 + AutoPlant SS4 08.11.09.140. 

Below message was shown while trying to launch SS4 Document Manager

Run-time error ‘372’:
Failed to load control ‘TagProperties’ from APTagTree,ocx. Your version of APTagTree.ocx may be outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application.

While trying to launch AutoPlant SS4 using Plant Design for AutoCAD 2012 shortcut and loading Piping from AutoPlant 3D below messages are shown. Same messages are shown while trying to place any component in Piping model.

Steps to Resolve

Copy DLL from attached zip BasicScript SS4.zip to C:\WINDOWS\system32. Just in case, leave existing files as back up copy.Now open CMD as administrator and re-register vsflex8l.ocx using this line:
regsvr32 C:\windows\system32\vsflex8l.ocx
