How to Enable Annotation of Support Co-ordinates in Isometrics

Background

In OpenPlant Isometrics Manager, below steps describes placing annotations on Supports. Follow the steps below to add the annotations of support co-ordinates in the Isometric.

Steps to Accomplish

  1. Launch OpenPlant Isometrics Manager.

  2. Open Isometric Configuration dialog. Go "Isometric Style" tab.

  3. Click "User Labels" > and click on "+" Symbol to add a new user label.



  4. Input the new user detail as below picture. 

    Name         Support Coordinates
    Include        IE_TYPE=CT_SUPPORT
    Text             $(SUPPORT_POINT_X)$$(SUPPORT_POINT_Y)$$(SUPPORT_POINT_Z)
    Note -Extra Dollar Sign  "$" put the labels in next row

    Type            NOTE
    Cell Name   NOTE



  5. Notice, the Iso includes support co-ordinates. See image below. 

With SS6 ( 08.11.11.87 ) version, user can use Format specifier, to suppress the coordinates with precision.
