Problem:
How to install AutoPIPE's PCF translator after AutoPIPE has been installed?
Solution:
Short answer, uninstall AutoPIPE and reinstall AutoPIPE using the instructions here.
AutoPIPE's PCF translator is a separate application outside of AutoPIPE. The program is installed based on the check box options user's enable during the installation process.
