Overview

For OpenPlant Isometrics Manager, View port for DWG output sometimes needs to adjust by settings it from seed file. It can be experienced using both OpenPlant modeler and AutoPlant Modeler.

Problem Description

In OpenPlant Isometrics Manager, Viewport can be set using the Clip Reference tool present under Reference dialog. Settings can be adjusted in seed file to implement it for whole isometrics drawing. Below steps will provide the detail information.

Steps to Resolve

  1. Launch OpenPlant Isometrics Manager.

  2. Open Configuration Manager.

  3. Under Advanced node, click on seed file.

  4. From dialog below go to Sheet view and Open it.

  5. Open Reference Dialog from File Menu and click on Isoseed. Notice the reference boundary for viewport with respect to Drawing frame area.

  6. Use Clip Reference   and select the Drawing Frame. The Reference Boundary will adjust the size in context with drawing frame area.

  7. Save settings (Ctrl+F) and close the seed file.

  8. Generate an Isometric and verify results by setting the output file as DWG and viewing the drawing under sheet view.
