Solution

Projectwise Interplot Organizer is used to generate the PDF renditions. The error is caused by one of the following:

1. Print Spooler is not enabled as a Windows Service. To fix enable and start the service

2. Set permissions for "Everyone" to "Full Control" on the spool directory if global access to the printer is the norm. Access to the spool directory can also be enabled on a user by user basis. The spool directory is normally located at C:\Windows\System32\spool
