A record showing who has accessed system and what operations user has performed during a given period of time. Audit trails are useful both for maintaining security and for recovering lost transactions.
In eB records of events are configurable for a community through the audit trial mode in System management console and it can be viewed by users through eB Director or eB web.
How to configure or set an audit trail ?
If necessary you can purge (delete) records from the audit trail. You can either purge all event records
related to a particular object type, or you can purge just the records of a specific event type for a
particular object type. To purge all events for an object type, select the object type and click the Purge.
For performing the purge action user must have the purge permission
Director > System admin > Permissions > System information
