How do I fix it so it does not happen?
Answer:
SES (Subscription Entitlement Services) licensing:
Perform the following steps:
1. Before starting AutoPIPE Vessel, open and sign into Connection Client.
2. Confirm that you are using the latest version of Connection Client, if not, highly suggest to update to the latest version
3. After signing into Connection Client, Open BLT (Bentley Licensing Tool), and confirm Product Status to Run AutoPIPE Vessel. If first time licensing the product, select Tools> Activation Wizard, and follow on screen prompts.
4. After signing into Connection Client and confirming license to use AutoPIPE Vessel, start AutoPIPE Vessel
5. Once AutoPIPE Vessel has started, License Configuration (File> License Configuration) should appear, enable the correct radio button for the license entitlement shown in BLT.

6. If you have any troubles with Connection Client or BLT, contact your company appointed Bentley On-Site Admin to help address these issue.
7. If your company appointed Bentley On-Site Admin needs assistance, they should contact Bentley and speak to the Licensing / Entitlements group for support. AutoPIPE Vessel Technical support provides assistance with using AutoPIPE Vessel.
Select Server Licensing:
Open the program and select File> License Settings...> the following dialog screen will appear, be sure that Vessel or Vessel Enterprise radio button is selected.
Otherwise, check File> License Management Tool (LMT)> License Checkout Tab>.
after the dialog opens perform BOTH of the following:
A. Press keyboard button "F5" will refresh the current licenses available number on the "License Checkout tab"
B. Press Keyboard button "F9" will send logs now, this command should be initiated every 30 days to keep your licenses updated with your SELECTserver.
On the License Checkout Tab, AutoPIPE Vessel License should be shown and the available number should be > 0.
