Why and how to fix it?
The issue may be related to your network firewall or proxy server that could be blocking the CONNECTION Client from accessing ims.bentley.com and buddi.bentley.com.
There's a list of domains that the CONNECTION Client needs to access in order to sign in and activate your SES applications. The list in the following wiki here.
Recommend to contact your internal IT to ask that you're allowed to access those domains.
