Problem:
In AutoPIPE Vessel's cost estimate module, when I enter an hourly rate in Estimate Configuration file Properties, the rates do not come out right in the excel cost estimation report, why?
Solution:
Make sure that you enter the hourly rate in the format 25.00 and NOT 25 or 30.00 instead of 30.
