This is possible, first model the vessel on saddle, then go to Insert>Stiffener and enter the dimensions accordingly, make sure the value in the Location field is same as the distance of the first saddle from the reference line and the spacing between the stiffener is same as the spacing between the saddle, that way you would get both the stiffeners located on the 2 saddles.
