Error or Warning Message

After a fix was applied, when opening or running the Sites Without Registration report user received the following error:

Failed to parse SQL query:
ORA-01785: ORDER BY item must be the number of a SELECT-list expression

Explanation

This error appears intermittently after the report has been changed in a fix or upgrade.  The report appears to be trying to sort by a column that doesn't exist, possibly due to some sort of caching issue.

How to Avoid

1. Login to Apex admin and set the build status of TMA Reports 101 application to run and build

2. Login to the apex reports, select Tma reports 101 and open the report

3. Don't change anything but click apply changes (doesn't fix it if you don't).

4. Run the report again to check the error is resolved
