When an EToN Ping notice is received the following error is returned to the sender:
The System Cannot Process The Request At This Time, Please Try Again Later
There could be several things which could cause this error, but the most common is that the TMAWS user hasn’t been assigned a User District. When an EToN Ping notice is received the application will look up the user district of the TMAWS user to retrieve the organisation details to be sent within the EToN Ping response.
To check if this is the issue open the Administer User Districts form NSG0120 and select the TMAWS user. The user should have a user organisation and district shown at the bottom and this should have a tick shown in the ‘Current’ check box. If not then add one and ask the sender to try the EToN Ping notice again.
