Problem:

As you can see in attached design is included two(2) pakings, but in  Packing Weights summary is included three, why ??

Answer:

It seems that this model is corrupted, the first packing is defined in the data file (EMVD) but it is no longer available in the UI.

Workaround:

Perform the following procedure to update the model:

1. 1. Physically remove all packing from the model

   2. Close the model

   3. Reopen the model and re-insert the packing as  needed.

   4. Check the packing order is correct. 

The Following has been logged TFS-D160815: GUI: packing issue : a packing is taken into account in the calculation but it is no longer available in the UI.
