Problem:

In the ASME B16.5 flange  calculation (welding neck type) the software does not deduct from flange thickness (in the bolt circle), "t" value, the flange facing height (0.06 in for class less equal 300 and 0.25 for class greater than 300).

Further, in the nozzle flange calculation report the corrosion is always zero, and the internal flange diameter is not increased to take into account the corrosion (for instance "B" value, unchanged).

Solution:

The corrosion allowance and the flange facing height can be input in the Nozzle Flange Dialog:
