When selecting Go To Portal, a blank screen appears, why?

Problem:

When selecting Go To Portal get a blank screen, why?

Solution:

Some of our users couldn't access the new CONNECTION Center page - a blank white screen appears after clicking the GO TO CONNECTION Center link on https://www.bentley.com/en/support.

Problem was that TLS 1.2 security protocol was blocked or not supported by current internet browser, Thus the new Terms & Conditions page could not be displayed correctly and agreed to.

Workaround:

Log into Bentley account from a different computer that allows TSL 1.2, and agree to the new Terms & Conditions. Once this has been done, it will not need to be repeated until New Terms and Conditions are posted. until then, User's will be able to log in from all computers.
