What do I do when I have a problem using Deliverables Management?


 First, determine the area of your problem, its likely one of the following three:

1. Login Issues

2. CONNECT Project creation or permissions, or CONNECTION Client

Once a project is enabled for Deliverables Management, there is a shortcut to the help file in the upper right hand corner of the Deliverables Management page.  When integrated with ProjectWise Explorer, the help file will be installed with the PWDM Connector for ProjectWise Explorer, which contains the additional information specific to PW Explorer.-

1. Go to https://connect.bentley.com/

2. Find the "New Service Request" tile

3. Click Select and choose Product Support

4. In the Product list, select either ProjectWise Deliverables Management Service, Portal, or Connector, depending on the issue
