If you are an admin and need help managing users

Registering with a public email domain (gmail.com, yahoo.com, etc)
If your organization is already registered with Bentley, your admin can help you create your account. If you are not part of a known Bentley organization, then contact PWDM support for help registering your organization. Provide your organization and contact information.
"Almost there..." or "This account is not associated with an organization. Please contact your administrator"
Both cases require your organizations administrator to approve your account. See below " I don't know who my Admin is" for help determining your Administrator, and these pages for information about the error messages
This account is not associated with an organization
The steps in the following article are for the administrator user to manually add a user and then claim that user’s domain for the registered project and approve those domain users for auto approval.
Add User : Once the steps in this wiki are complete, the user should be added to the organization. This works for direct additions of a user if they are experiencing trouble getting the invitation email to send to a user’s inbox.
I don't know who my Admin is

Other login issues
If you are still having trouble logging in or need help determining who in your organization is your administrator, you can contact the user management team either via the phone, or creating a service request.
If you are not able to log in to create the service request, you can reach that team via the Contact Us form (https://www.bentley.com/en/about-us/contact-us/contact-us-form)
1. Go to Bentley Portal
2. Choose "Website Assistance" from New Service Request Section under select arrow
3. Under problem area, select appropriate option for your issue, ex. User Management or Web Login
Invitation not received
There have been instances due to security practices on email filters, where the invitation sent from a project have not reached the invitees inbox, this is normally due to a spam filter on the recipient’s end blocking the invitation.
Solution: Normally the recipient’s organization would simply have to whitelist the bentley.com on their spam filter in order to allow the email through at the top level. After that the user expecting the invitation may have to check their junk or spam folder for the invitation and mark it as not junk/spam.
Auto Approval of domains for Cloud Services.
Once a user has been added to the project either through invitation or manual addition as described in the process above, the project administrator can set the domain for the user up for auto-approval.

**The step to add a domain must be completed for each domain that you wish to add for auto approval.
**Please Note: you can only add Private domains. Public domains such as gmail.com.com cannot be owned by an account. If this is the case, please contact Bentley support and request that the public domain be created by Bentley support.
