Problem Description
This applies only for MAC users. When they download an .ai file, it is downloaded as a .ps file. Basically, a .ps is added to the name of the file after download. This occurs automatically. How does one prevent this so that the file downloaded retains the .ai suffix?
Steps to Resolve
- This not a Projectwise issue, it not happen on Windows 7 OS. Related to the OS/Apple. User will need to rename the file extention to view and keep data/file integrity.
