Users can access Views created in ProjectWise Explorer and also create personal Views in ProjectWise Web. All Views can be accessed from  the Right Menu III. To create a View, Configure the Columns and then save as My View.  My Views can be managed in Manage My Views dialog.

             

Also, as the folder hierarchy is navigated, the associated View of that folder will be applied. However, if the user has a Personal View applied, that Personal View will override the Folder View. The Folder View can be reapplied by selecting Folders Global View.
