ProjectWise Web now has a Document Creation Wizard to help user s easily create documents with or without document codes and attributes in a Work Area. Simply drag and drop a file a file to the grid panel, or click New button > File from the top menu. You will be prompted to upload a fie. The wizard will walk you through document naming, coding and applying attribute values as needed.
Upload one or multiple files:
Set document coding information based on the folder coding set in ProjectWise Explorer, and Generate Next to apply the code.
Set Document Name and apply Version as needed.
Select the Interface to display the Attribute Form and choose attributes.
If you upload multiple files for creation, click the "Apply to remaining documents" to apply the same codes and attributes to the remaining documents. If you need to apply different attributes, you will be prompted through the Document Creation Wizard again for the remaining documents.
