Problem:
Generally, this happens if you select the outgoing transmittal Filter (All + archived). It means current transmittal items and archived items should appear in the list.
This exception may occur for multiple users.
If you receive the following exception after clicking on the Outgoing (All + archived) Tab; you need to follow the below solution:
Solution:
This exception occurred due to the user's low network speed or if they created a large number of transmittals in one project. We do not have a fixed limit view for the transmittals list; as it depends on the user network speed.
You can view the transmittals in the list if you change the filter to “All” and revert back to “All + archived items” without any exceptions.
