Access denied for SACS Offshore Structure Advanced and then Open Wind Power Fixed Foundation

Problem

SACS is calling for the wrong license, for example user has SACS Offshore Structure Ultimate available but received an Access Denied alert notification for SACS Offshore Structure Advanced license or OpenWindPower Fixed foundation.

Solution

There are issues with the latest Connection Client version (23.00.1.25). 

Please follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Uninstall Connection Client
  2. Delete %localappdata%/Bentley/Licensing/LicenseService.db
  3. Install Connection Client (23.00.00.10)
  4. Log in to Connection Client and run the Health Check tool
