Problem
I can't locate my sections library.
Solution
Please check the link below for related issue.
It is common practice to save everything under a Project file name. So we could search it up in that folder (.mfd and .slb).
If not, what I can share is to look for the (.mfd) file date and when searching for the (.slb) file in the Windows Search, look for the same date as your design file.
