問題点

Bentley IEG License Serviceを正しくインストールされていない場合は、ソフトウェア（AutoPIPE、Staad.Pro等）を起動すると、下記のエラーが表示されます。

「Error: Bentley/IEG Licenseing system is not properly installed」

対策

最新バージョンのBentley IEG License Service 02.00.20.01をインストールされていますでしょうか。

一度、インストールされたBentley IEG License Serviceをアンインストールしていただき、下記のようにインストールし直します。

• ご利用のOSは32Bitの場合、
  Bentley IEG License Service 02.00.20.01だけをインストールします。
• ご利用のOSは64Bitの場合、
  まず、Bentley IEG License Service 02.00.20.01をインストールします。
  その後、Bentley IEG License Service x64 02.00.20.01をインストールします。

インストーラは添付圧縮ファイルをダウンロードしてください。
