How to build an external section library for common use? Such as format etc. I searched throughout the manuals but couldn't find anything.

Solution

You can create user-defined section libraries within the Datagen, under the 'Static' File Type, the option is called 'Section Library File'.

After defining the File units, Select the Red box below to insert an input line.

This will give you all the input needed to create a user-defined database; you can add sections from other section libraries if desired.

Once you have created your own section library, make sure to save it as .sec, and then you just have to select it in the analysis generator.
