How does one adjust the unbraced length on a beam?

Solution

- Go to design menu then bending, there you can see the unbraced length

- This does vary a bit depending on the design code used, the Steel Designer Manual explains more, so you may open the Steel Designer manual and then just search for "unbraced" in that document.
