Problem

Heeling arm criterion is not calculated. 

Solution

Heeling arm criteria have to be cross-referenced into other criteria. Steps to follow using heeling arm criteria:

1. Create a new group and copy the parent criteria and heel arms into it.

2. Heeling arms need to be in the same group (folder) as the criteria that refer to them.

3. Choose the heeling arm from the list of parent criteria.
