how is it possible to apply the user SIFs(2.34 only to override SIF=2.92) in AutoPipe models for bends without affecting the default SIF(1.00) value at A15N- and A15+?
This a limitation of the programs ability to apply the user SIF to the node point. Currently, AutoPIPE V8i 09.06.xx.xx and lower applies the user SIF to both the +ve and -ve side of a node point. A new enhancement (TFS-E79346: Add option to apply an SIF to one or both sides of a node point) has been logged to apply the USER SIF value a specific side / face (i.e. +ve and /or -ve) of a node point .
