Problem

What is the default value for K and A parameters of the Weibull distribution used by SACS?

Solution

For Spectral Wind Fatigue, SACS automatically generates fatigue environment by assuming a Weibull distribution of the wind speed and stress. The K and A parameters used to determine the shape and magnitude of the distribution. The K parameter contains the standard deviation information since the shape of the distribution is dependent upon this parameter.
