For those PSI input created in SACS 14.3 and older, user will get 'SYSTEM ERROR' when they run the analysis using the later versions.

Reasons:

We have added the new options to PSI since SACS14.3 on input line “SOIL LATERAL HEAD” after the remarks.



Normally users will add an additional remark that covering the new inputs and leading to the crash. 

Solution:

Make sure column 61-67 in "SOIL LATERAL HEAD" line is free from additional remarks.
