Explanation

When using a licence for OpenGround Cloud Professional a variety of mapping features can be displayed on the mapping area.

Process

1. Open a project and go to 'Mapping | Open Map' if it is not already open.

2. From 'Map Tools' select 'Toggle Legend':

3. From the Legend which then appears expand the required groups (e.g. 'BGS Data Services' or 'Background Mapping' for Bing/aerial photography):

4. Ensure the boxes are ticked for the required elements. The circle alongside each element will change to orange whilst it is downloading and turn green when complete*. Review the material in the mapping screen:

*A red circle indicates that the service is not available. There could be a number of reasons for this, such as dropping off the local network, the connection being blocked by local firewall settings or even the service otherwise being unavailable at the current time.
