In OpenGround Cloud Professional, it is possible to adjust the project extents to match the boundary of the project as needed.

Process

If the 'Project Extents' have been incorrectly defined for a project they can be redefined simply by repeating the 'Map Tools | Set Project Extents' command again. This will effectively reset the project extents, allowing them to be defined correctly.

Alternatively, if the extents do not need adjust but instead need to be hidden from the map view this can be done by invoking the 'Toggle Legend' option from 'Map Tools' and then ensuring the 'Project Bounds' layer is not selected under the 'Project' group:
