If you want to import a document which will link to a location on import follow the steps below:

 

 

Save your AGS file in a folder.

In the same folder create another folder called "FILE"

Go in to the FILE folder, add another folder and name it the same as the location ID you want to attached the file to.

Add the image to the Location ID folder.

 

Zip up the folder that contains the AGS file and documents, then upload to HoleBASE through Data>Import Data.
