Problem:
The following message appeared when trying to add a new user combination:

E119-1: Maximum number of load combinations exeeded

Solution:
This means that the maximum number of load case has been reached (AutoPIPE V8i 09.05.00.xx to AutoPIPE V8i 09.06.01.11, Max combinations = 1000 code combinations and 1000 non-code combinations).
Press OK button to close the dialog screen and delete an existing combination before adding a new one.
Keep in mind if you reset all the default combinations they may exceed the 1000 limit and truncate any user combinations that may have been added. Reduce the Automated combinations with following command: on the Load Combinations dialog, Combinations Options button, "Disable Code / non-code combinations" option, enabled.
