If your organization has multiple logos, logos can be added as either Office or Project logos. You can set up multiple offices that each have their own logo, or alternatively, you can upload logos for individual projects.
When you create a new project, you can choose the Office for that project. A different logo can be assigned to each Office, such as if your organization has different sister companies with different logos.
To add a new Office, in OpenGround Cloud Professional, go to System>Create Office.
Enter the Office details, and in the Logo tab, Add the image for that Office.
Alternatively, Logos can be added for an individual project. When creating a new Project using System>Create Project, go the Logo tab and Add the image for that Project. (The Logo can also be edited by opening the project and going to Project>Project Details).
In OpenGround Cloud Template Studio, use the Project/Office Logo object to add the logo to your template.
Select the appropriate Mode. If you select Automatic, the Office logo will be used by default, unless a Project logo has been added, which will take priority and override the Office logo.
