There are 2 ways to open the "Welcome to AutoPIPE Licensing" dialog
1. Using the ribbon
Select the File ribbon, and select the License group, Configuration command icon:
2. Using the drop down listing
Select the Application button in the top left corner of the screen and then select "License Configuration" command
