The table names in brackets are from the British config pack all other names are from the ASTM configs
There are three tables for the CPT data in OpenGround Cloud Professional;
With these Three tables there will be space for all the basic parameters require for plotting CPT data.
In the CPT General (Static Cone Penetration General) table there will be data relating to each push of the CPT unit. This includes test type (or cone type), surface area, rate of penetration and cone reference. There are two Key Fields which are required which are the location ID and the Test number.
Once the general table is filled in we can add the data to the CPT Data (Static Cone Penetration Data). The CPT Data gird hold all the raw data like the cone resistance, sleeve friction and pore pressure etc. Both the correct results and the normalised result are sorted in this table.
The key fields for this table are the location ID and the test number from the general table as well as the depth for the results.
The derived parameters in the CPT Data Derived Parameter (Static Cone Penetration Derived Parameters) table stores the parameters like undrained shear strength and relative density.
The Key fields are the location ID test number from the general table as well a depth top and depth base for the range that the derived parameters cover. There is an interpretation reference to allowed more than one interpretation of the derived parameters over the same depth range.
