You may have already created a Geotechnical Profile (section) but want to add an extra surface to it, i.e. current ground level, and an XYZ surface.
This tutorial will show you the steps involved in creating a Surface Profile and adding it to the Existing Profile View.
By selecting the alignment you can then select the Surface Profile command to create a Profile for the alignment.
